Workout Routine for
Hard Buttocks using Gym Equipment

This workout routine has for sole goal the strengthening of your buttocks area. You'll need access to specialty fitness equipment normally found in fitness centres.

The routine consists of 4 exercises that you can use whenever you feel the urge to give your buttocks a good workout. On top of strengthening the muscles found in your buttocks, you'll get to also exercise your quadriceps, hamstrings and abdominals.

Additional Notes

In order to pursue your objective of hardening your buttocks, a regimen of 3 sets of 10 reps is suggested as it will promote the right mix of muscle endurance and power/size.
