Workout Routine for
Hot Abs using Dumbbells

This workout routine will target your abdominal muscles and will help you acquire hot abs. In order to perform the exercises proposed you'll need access to a set of dumbbells and ideally a flat bench on which to lay on your back.

The key to acquiring hot abs resides in targeting every region of your abdomen, that is the upper and lower abdominals as well as your obliques which resides vertically on each side. Also, your strong abdominals will only have a chance to shine through if the belly fat that resides on top of them is kept to a minimum.
