Workout Routine for a
Large Chest using a Barbell
You can use the workout routine below if you are interested in enlarging your chest area.
You'll need a barbell and an incline/decline workout bench in order to perform the exercises proposed.
This 1-Day workout program is composed of 4 exercises and its specific objective is to enlarge your chest by targeting the outer regions of your pectorals, i.e., inner and outer pectorals and upper and lower pectorals.

You'll note that 3 sets of 8 reps were chosen for every exercise listed.
